      Blinds City is trusted with its quality, however, we understand that sometimes things simply don’t work.

      We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you have any concern with your order or make the wrong selection, we’re only one phone call and email away to assist you on the best solutions to move forward.

      Cancellations

      An order cannot be changed or cancelled if the goods are custom-made, or have been altered in any way because these items cannot be resold. Due to the speed of our manufacturing process the order cannot be cancelled.

      In the case where the order has been placed with only a deposit, we reserve the right to claim the remaining balance even where delivery is not taken. Uncollected goods will be disposed of after 3 months, forfeiting any deposit made.

      Colour reference

      Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure products match the colour swatches, dye batches from our manufacturers may vary slightly from time to time. We cannot guarantee an exact match even with our samples. We will not make any refunds based on close colour difference. It is also the customer’s responsibility to verify that the colour reference given on the quote is the one chosen before sending any approval.

      Blinds & plantation shutters must not to be exposed to water as this can cause damage that will not be covered under warranty.

      Our warranty does not cover any damages caused from other sources.

      Returns

      To qualify to return an item under our Returns and refunds policy, products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.

      Blinds City & specialty brand products:

      At Blinds City, we stand behind our product! That’s why we offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on the following products: Ready Made products only.

      Not applicable for refunds

      Refunds and returns are not available for our custom made products.

      We are also unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, incorrect measurement, damaged through misusing, or claiming transportation damage without visual proof.

      Damage upon arrival

      If any products arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. Blinds City will arrange to have the damaged products returned to our warehouse and offer a replacement for you. Please be note that damaged products must be returned in the condition received by you, with all original packaging and accessories.

      Our returns and refund policy is additional to your rights to return products under Australian Consumer Law.
